Why did you choose this photo for your truck?

My photo was taken from Tahoe City and it is my favorite place to go skate around, take pictures, and enjoy all the benefits of being by Lake Tahoe.  I really like this photo because there is still some snow on Heavenly far after the season was over and always reminds me that winter is just around the corner. Tahoe in the winter and spring is the best because the lake stays relatively flat if there's no wind and also there are no crowds in town or at the beaches. Honestly, I wouldn't change anything in my photo because I like the contrast that the wind ripple gives the truck.

What does your food truck specialize in and what's with the slogan?

Jahoe Tacos is all about the tacos and putting any and all combos together to make Tahoe's best tacos. If customers have a request, we do our best to have that item the next time they stop by.  Our slogan really pushes simplicity.  We won't try to over glorify a taco because, well, its a damn taco.  People like different things on thier tacos so we try to cater to their interests and keep the menu pretty simple. Sometimes we can even get a Trout Taco in the works if the fishing is good.

Do you think you achieved progressive disclosure? What could you have done better?

I think I did a good job at keeping the truck simple and the message looking clean.  I didn't want to put too much on the truck in terms of information thinking that customers would be intrigued to wonder where they could get more information and look at our menu. If I had a little more time I think I would've explored more color options and text placement, but I'm not sure what I would even do. The red on black seemed to be working the best in displaying a prominent yet simple message.

What are your future plans with the truck?

After seeing feedback from peers and friends I am going to try and make this a real oportunity to spread stoke all over Tahoe through tacos and drinks. Eventually with enough exposure I would love to be able to camp at Mt. Hood in Oregon for a month or so and pay for tickets through taco sales. $60 tickets will cut anyone's budget down VERY fast. JAHOE TACOS FOR EVERYONE!
