Describe what you were trying to achieve when making this series of images.
The goal I was trying to reach in linking all my photos together was representing the the aspect of life in each of the quotes. The first quote is dealing with the atmosphere something that is important for life. The next quote mentions breath, another essential part of life. The third quote mentions a dog which is a living things that requires the atmosphere and breathing to survive. I decided to use different shades of blue because I felt like it went well with the idea of life, breathing, and the atmosphere. I also make distinct clipping paths for each of the images I used in the illustrated quote.
What would you do differently if you had more time and/or skills?
If I had more time and skills I would want to try to make more precise clipping paths for both the cloud and the girl, but I think I did a good job considering I have little experience when dealing with clipping paths. I would have also liked to make my images more similar to the examples that were in the lab instructions. If I had more time I would have experimented with more color options as well.
